The use of the site implies the full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, users of the site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

This site is normally accessible to users at any time. An interruption due to technical maintenance may however be decided by PHARMATIC, who will then endeavor to communicate to users beforehand the dates and times of the intervention.

The website is updated regularly by the PHARMATIC communication department. In the same way, the legal mentions can be modified at any time: they impose nevertheless on the user who is invited to refer to it as often as possible in order to become acquainted with it.

3. Description of services provided

The purpose of the website is to provide information on all of the company's activities.

PHARMATIC strives to provide the website as accurate information as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies and deficiencies in the update, whether by its fact or by third parties partners who provide this information.

4. Contractual limitations on technical data

All logos, icons and graphics chips represented on the site are protected by copyright and by articles L.511.1 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code relating to the protection of registered designs.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without the prior written permission of: PHARMATIC.

Any unauthorized use of the site or any of the elements it contains will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.335-2 and following of the Code of Intellectual Property.

6. Limitations of liability

PHARMATIC cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damage to the user's equipment when accessing the site, and resulting from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

PHARMATIC cannot also be held liable for consequential damages (such as for example a loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the site

PHARMATIC reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this space that would violate the law applicable in France, especially the provisions on data protection. Where applicable, PHARMATIC also reserves the right to question the user's civil and / or criminal liability, particularly in the event of a racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic message, regardless of the medium used (text , photography…).

7. Management of personal data

In France, personal data are protected in particular by the General Regulations for the Protection of Personal Data (Regulation EU 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016), applicable from 25 May 2018.

On the occasion of the simple consultation of the site, can be collected: the URL of the links through which the user has access to the site, the service provider of the user, the Internet address (IP) of the user.

When entering forms, the following may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the website, the user's access provider, the Internet address (IP) of the user and personal data (name, surname, email, company)

In any case PHARMATIC only collects personal information about the user for the need of certain services offered by the site The personal data collected on the site result from the voluntary and consented communication. The personal data thus collected is only used to transmit the information requested. PHARMATIC keeps this data confidential and secure on the national territory. Personal data collected will not be transferred to third parties or processed by PHARMATIC.

PHARMATIC makes every effort to secure transmissions and storage of data but reminds that by default, the secrecy of correspondence transmitted over the Internet is not guaranteed. Each user is, therefore, solely responsible for the content of his correspondence.

In accordance with the RGPD, any user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data about him, by making his request by email to our delegate to personal data (, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.

No personal information of the user of the site is published without the knowledge of the user, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any support to any third party. Only the assumption of redemption of PHARMATIC and its rights would allow the transmission of such information to the prospective purchaser who would in turn be given the same obligation to store and modify data with respect to the user of the site www

PHARMATIC authorizes the establishment of a hypertext link to its website for all Internet sites, excluding those disseminating information of a controversial, pornographic, xenophobic nature or which may, to a greater extent undermining the sensitivity of the greatest number.

The link must lead to the home page of the site (home page) and the site must appear in a new window. The pages of the site must in no case be integrated inside the pages of another site (Frame). Unless specific authorization can be granted on a case-by-case basis, a direct link to an internal site page is prohibited.

The hypertext links contained in the website and pointing to other sites are set up with the authorization of PHARMATIC. However, PHARMATIC does not have the possibility to check the contents of the sites thus visited, and will not assume any responsibility as a result of this fact.

The navigation on the site is likely to cause the installation of cookie (s) on the computer of the user. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Any dispute in connection with the use of the site is subject to French law. It is made exclusive jurisdiction to the competent courts of Montpellier.
